Dairy Free Chocolate Bark

This recipe for Dairy Free Chocolate Bark is a keeper!

Hereโ€™s how we made ours;

๐Ÿฅฅ1/2 c cold pressed, unrefined coconut oil
๐Ÿซ1/3 c cocoa powder
๐Ÿ1/4 c pure maple syrup (we use Paul Family Farms)

For topping:
๐ŸŒฑLots of Chocolate Almond Peppermint or Chocolate Espresso Best Ever Granola

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender & mix.

Use a spatula to spread onto a small baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.

Top generously with Best Ever Granola

Pop into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Break into pieces and enjoy!

This is best stored in the fridge until just before serving ๐ŸŽ„
