High Protein Dark Chocolate Truffles
High Protein Dark Chocolate Truffles topped with Best Ever Granola
Yes, you read that right. 😍
What you’ll need:
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
1 pinch Sea Salt Flakes
¾ cup Vanilla Greek yogurt of choice
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Topping:
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Coconut oil
1/3 c Dark Chocolate Chia or Chocolate Espresso Best Ever Granola
What you’ll do:
Combine 1/4 c chips, extract and salt in a small bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat as many times as needed. (Stove top works here too!)
Combine yogurt, cocoa powder and melted goodness in a medium size bowl. Form into a large ball and pop into the fridge
Meanwhile, melt remaining 1/4 c chips & coconut oil.
Scoop Best Ever Granola onto a plate.
Roll chilled truffle batter into tablespoon or so size balls. Dip in melted chocolate, dip in Best Ever Granola. Rinse and repeat.
Makes about 12 perfect high protein truffles.
