Before we dive in, there are 2 life hacks you need to know about;

🍌peel your ripe bananas, break them in half, and store them in a freezer baggie in your freezer. Add to smoothies, have on hand for baking, make “ice cream” with them.

🥬always add a serving or two of veg to your smoothie! Frozen riced cauliflower and zucchini are awesome sneaky veg. And greens always for the win

What You’ll Need for this Hulk Smoothie;

A few handfuls spinach, kale or greens of choice 💪🏼
1 banana, fresh or frozen 🍌
A few ice cubes 🧊
1 c unsweetened milk of choice 🥛
1 c water 💦
1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder of choice or a few Tbsp hemp hearts for a protein boost 🌱

For serving;

Original Best Ever Granola 😋

Blend until smooth, agitating as needed. Top with Best Ever Granola before getting your green on ☘️
