Snow Ice Cream

When it’s so cold you can’t feel your face, you make Snow Ice Cream!

What You’ll Need:

2 c whole milk or heavy cream (soy might work here for a DF option, too!) 

1/2 c powdered sugar 

1 tsp vanilla extract (we used Vnlla Cncpt)

For topping:

Chocolate Best Ever Granola blend of choice 

What you’ll do:

Place a metal bowl in the snow. We used table salt to sprinkle in the snow hole to make it colder. I’m sure it would work without!

 Add ingredients.  Use a whisk or large fork to intermittently whip.  This will require some patience but is so fun to watch it transform!

When you have reached desired consistency, bring the bowl inside, divide into bowls and top with your favorite chocolate blend of Best Ever Granola 

Note :

🍨Surface area of the bowl matters. If you have a large, wide mouth bowl, you can increase the recipe. If you only have a small one, cut the recipe in half.
