Chocolate Peppermint Energy Balls

Need a nourishing snack for your busy holiday days?  These honestly make a beautiful addition to your charcuterie or dessert this season!


Here’s what you’ll need:

🌱 1.5 cups Chocolate Almond Peppermint Best Ever Granola

¼ c cocoa powder

🥜 1/2 c natural nut butter of choice

🍯 1/4 c honey, local to your area (swap for agave to make them vegan)


Optional For topping;

Festive Sprinkles 

Mix everything but the together in a medium sized bowl. Use a tablespoon measure to scoop and roll into balls, placing on a plate along the way.

Pop into the freezer or fridge. Enjoy after 20 minutes and throughout the week as perfect grab and go snacks

Makes about 10 balls, serving 10.
