Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Easy Make Ahead Breakfasts or snacks!

🎃PUMPKIN CHIA PUDDING 🎃

What you’ll need;

1/2 c chia seeds
1/4 c hemp hearts (or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice)
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

1 can pumpkin purée
1/4 pure maple syrup (we love Paul Family Farms)
2 1/4 c unsweetened milk of choice

For serving;
Cinnamon Roasted Almonds by Best Ever Granola

Mix dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients and mix well.

Ladle into (4) containers for easy grab and go breakfasts or snacks throughout the week.

Top with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds just before diving in 🎃
