Pumpkin Chia Pudding

🎃PUMPKIN CHIA PUDDING 🎃

 

What you’ll need;

 

1/2 c chia seeds

1/4 c hemp hearts (or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice)

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp cinnamon 

 

1 can pumpkin purée

1/4 pure maple syrup (we love Paul Family Farms )

2 1/4 c unsweetened milk of choice 

 

For serving;

Plain or vanilla yogurt of choice 

Original Best Ever Granola

 

Mix dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients and mix well.

Transfer to (4) containers for easy grab and go breakfasts or snacks throughout the week.

Top with a dollop of plain or vanilla yogurt + Original Best Ever Granola just before diving in 🎃
