Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Add this simple bark to your spread this year!  Perfect addition to your baking spread or even charcuterie.  Prefer a dairy free option?  Check out this recipe from our blog.  

Dark Chocolate Bark:

What you’ll need:

⅔ c dark chocolate chips of choice 

½ Tbsp cold pressed coconut oil 

For topping:

🌱Lots of Chocolate Almond Peppermint Best Ever Granola

Heat chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, or on the stovetop, stirring frequently either way.  

Use a spatula to spread onto a small baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.

Top generously with Best Ever Granola

Pop into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Break into pieces and enjoy!
